Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid access to NursingAcademics.com. It applies alongside our Terms of Use. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.
Digital Content — All Sales Final
NursingAcademics.com provides immediate access to digital educational content (tutorials, videos, drills, study guides, and related materials). Because that access is delivered to you as soon as your payment is processed, all payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Recurring Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly) using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will not be charged again.
- When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the unused portion of a period that has already been paid.
- We do not automatically refund a renewal charge for a period you did not use. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be billed for the next period.
Prepaid and Multi-Month Plans
Prepaid plans (for example, 3-month, 6-month, or annual access) are paid up front and are non-refundable. Your access runs for the full prepaid term. Cancelling a prepaid plan turns off automatic renewal at the end of the term; it does not shorten or refund the term you have already purchased.
Immediate Access and Your Statutory Rights
By subscribing and beginning to use the content, you request and consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that, where a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period would otherwise apply (for example, in the EU or UK), you lose that right once access to the content has begun. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have that cannot be waived under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state.
Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or charged after a completed cancellation, contact us and we will review the charge. Genuine billing errors are corrected.
Exceptional Circumstances
We are not obligated to provide refunds beyond what this policy or applicable law requires. In exceptional cases, we may choose to grant a refund or credit at our sole discretion; doing so once does not create an obligation to do so again.
How to Cancel
- Open your account and use the subscription or billing settings to cancel, or manage your subscription through the customer billing portal linked from your account, or
- Email us at support@nursingacademics.com from the address on your account and ask us to cancel. Please cancel before your next renewal date so the change takes effect before you are billed again.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in your access being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy over time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of paid access after an update means you accept the revised policy for future charges.
